Angelica Nakamura is a professional Vancouver-based Makeup Artist. Their passion for the makeup industry began in 2012, when they participated as a hair and makeup assistant in high school theatre productions. Angelica has received an award for hair and makeup in the Alberta Provincial One Acts Festival in 2014, sparking their decision to obtain her certificate. She completed the Global Makeup Program with Blanche Macdonald in 2016 and since then, Angelica has worked on diverse and exciting projects including Fashion shoots, creative collaborations, and bridal parties. Regardless of the occasion, each project receives impeccable attention-to-detail, dedication, and creativity. Their work has also been featured in music videos, photo shoots, and film. They specializes in makeup art, body paint, and hair styling with clients like Musician Artist Mauvey, Fashion Company Chloe Angus Designs, and The Portrait Sessions. They have assisted on numerous film and TV through networks such as Hallmark, Paramount Pictures, and CBS.
